ゴールをどこに設定するのか？
以前、水泳の北島選手が200メートルを泳ぎ終わるタッチをゴールとするのではなく、
タッチした後、振り向いて電光掲示板のタイムを確認したときをもってゴール と位置づけたことをテレビでみました。
こうするとタッチはプロセスとなり気を緩めないことに、ひいてはスピードを緩めない状態でタッチします。
ゴールをした瞬間、その大会やその選手の立場によって、ゴールした瞬間の感じ方はさまざまだと思いますが、
“終わった” と感じるのは誰しも同じでしょう。
