時の経過とともに飲食店は少しづつ、そして、着実に変化しました！
イタリアン、フレンチ、中華料理などのジャンルはもちろんのこと、
牛肉料理専門店や鳥料理専門店など…商品に特化したお店がでてきました。
通常、その業界が飽和してくると、市場を細分化した形態、
つまり商品に特化したお店や客層を絞ったお店が出現してくるそうです。
