第66回　“評　価”　

評価というと、通知表を思い出してしまいます（笑）そして、机の前で立ったまま叱られている

シーンを次いでに思い出してしまいます（笑）

どうやって　この“大変良い”とか“もっと頑張りましょう”とか決まってんだろう？

好みじゃないか（笑）とか　　　　　勉強しないことは棚に（三段ぐらい）上げて（笑）

子供心に思ったことがあります。

話は変わりますが、先日、うわさの飲食店に行ってきました。

がっかりした~という感想が多く、次は行かないなぁの評価が多かったです。

私も期待度が高かったせいか、印象はあまり良くないのですが、ただ、振り返って思うことは

何といってもお客さんがたくさん入っている事実です。

お客さんで溢れているということはそこにそのお店の魅力があるということです。

つまり、支持を集めているのです。

そういう意味では参考になる点はいろいろとありました。

おしぼり　や　箸　も普通の居酒屋で出されるものより“しっかり”　している。

2時間と決まっており、おしゃべりより食事中心というところも他店との違いになっている。

つまり、食べ物に注目するような設定にしている。何といっても　ほうじ茶が有料というのは初体験でした。

まぁこれだけでも話題にはなりますね。

経営の目的は顧客の創造です。

お客作りが出来ていれば目的に沿っており、参考になることは多々あります。

第65回　青い世界　　　~海　と　空　

ブルーな世界は凄かったぁ~　　

先週末、ダイビングツアーで喜界島に行ってきました。

海の中はびっくりするぐらいのブルーな世界、透明度が30ｍ程あり一面が見渡せます。

魚はもちろん、ウミガメ、サンゴ礁など　まるで竜宮城。

どんな言葉を用いてもあの美しさは伝えられない　　フっー　という感じです（どんな感じ？とい

この世に戻らくなくてもいい　と感じさせてくれる　美しさ　！

喜界島の百之台という高台の絶景ポイントに行きました、そして、見ましたよ~

まさしく空と海のブルーな世界、水平線が幻想的、いつまでも見ていたい衝動に駆られます。

すっかり、日常を離れることができました。こんな時間が豊かさを生んでます。

それにしても今、目を閉じてイメージすると　　　あのブルー　が浮かんできます。

まさしく　ブルーな世界、

ダイビングはイメージトレーニングを自然とするスポーツ。海の中を潜っているイメージが

友人　との　飲み会

年末に学生時代の友人が東京から帰省します。帰省　が決まると連絡があります

宴が何日も続くと変わります（笑）

いつ会っても　やっぱり　学生時代　に戻ってしまう！

会話が尽きることなく、永延と飲んでいく…

習　　慣

高齢者の生き方は進化している！

上質な時間

坂木原です。

昨夜は、２ヶ月に一度開催されるフォローアップに参加してきました。

ジェイ・エイブラハムのマーケティングを学んでいる人達の集まりです。

今回で３回目の参加です♪

毎回、参加されている方々（主に経営者）の考え方やプロセスを聴けるのが

刺激的で何より楽しい♪上質な時間です。

上質だと感じるのは、

正解を探すのではなく、全員が（初対面であったとしても）

その人のために真剣に考え、本音で意見を交わすから。

今回はある経営者さんの悩みに対して、皆で熱いディスカッションを行いました。

新規開業者さんに開業計画のサポートをしている時も感じるのですが

「利益を度外視しても、志として行う“理想”の部分」と、

「収益をあげ、事業として行う“利益”の部分」

“理”と“利”を　矛盾なく一致させることの難しさ…。

私は理想が大好きなので、ついついそっちの思考に走りやすいんですけどね(笑)

しかし、こういう議題に対して、脳ミソに汗かきながら（←これは私だけかも）

ディスカッションするって、めっちゃ勉強になります！！

やはり、情報を待つよりも、自分から行動して情報を取りに行くこと。

大きな学びを得ました。

実はこれまで２回参加してますが、素晴らしい経営者の方々の存在に圧倒され

自分が気後れしたり、居心地の悪さを感じたり…正直ありました。

（ここでいう「居心地の悪さ」とは、環境の悪さじゃなくて
例えば、成功者たちの輪の中に、成功していない自分がポツンといるような
自分が場違いなのでは…と思ってしまうような気持ちです。）

この違和感が自分を成長させてくれるので、それでもGO！なんですが

違和感が消えた瞬間、このようにブログに書くことだって出来ちゃいます(笑)

「怒らない技術」×「魔法の質問」コラボセミナー

先日、「怒らない技術」×「魔法の質問」コラボセミナーに参加してきました。

ご存じの方も多いかと思いますが、
「怒らない技術」（72万部突破のベストセラー）の著者である嶋津良智さんと

全国的に人気のある「魔法の質問」の著者マツダミヒロさんのセミナーです。

知人からご案内を頂き、マツダミヒロさんのお話は以前から聴いてみたかったので参加させてもらいました。

渋谷にある大きなホールだったのですが、方向音痴の私は渋谷駅で迷子になり、
時間ギリギリでなんとか会場へ…

会場には600人以上の方々が参加されていました。

嶋津さんのお話はとにかくわかりやすく面白かったです。

怒りとは、「○○すべきである。」という考え方（枠組み）が関係していること。

その考え方に反する出来事が起きた時に「なんでっ！！」という
怒りが出てきてしまう…。
（うんうん、なんてわかりやすい説明だろう。）

それでも、怒ってしまう人に向けて「怒りの感情」に対する魔法の呪文や、

トラブルの解決方法を具体的に教えて頂きました。

これはかなり深かったです。

マツダミヒロさんは「質問家」。

話すのが苦手とのことでしたが、スマートなトークで場を創るのが早かったですし

600人以上の参加者相手にセッション形式で質問を6つ投げかけ、

終わる頃には会場全体のエネルギーはMAXに…！！

もう、鳥肌立ちまくりでした。

このわずかな時間で、600人以上の人々の可能性の蓋を

「パカッ」って開けてしまったんです。

「質問の持つ力　～Power of Question～」の素晴らしさを改めて感じました。

でも、こういう言い方をすると、

「じゃあ…何て質問すればいいの？」と、

効果的な質問をするための“言葉”にフォーカスがあたるんですが、

それよりも大切なことがあると教えて頂きました。

質問とは

「何を言うか」ではなく、「誰が、どんな状態で言うか」が大切だと。

自分が満たされていない状態で「質問」をしても、それは「魔法の質問」にはならない。
