昨夜は、２ヶ月に一度開催されるフォローアップに参加してきました。

ジェイ・エイブラハムのマーケティングを学んでいる人達の集まりです。 

今回で３回目の参加です♪

毎回、参加されている方々（主に経営者）の考え方やプロセスを聴けるのが

刺激的で何より楽しい♪上質な時間です。

 

 

上質だと感じるのは、

 

正解を探すのではなく、全員が（初対面であったとしても）

その人のために真剣に考え、本音で意見を交わすから。

 

今回はある経営者さんの悩みに対して、皆で熱いディスカッションを行いました。

 

新規開業者さんに開業計画のサポートをしている時も感じるのですが

「利益を度外視しても、志として行う“理想”の部分」と、

「収益をあげ、事業として行う“利益”の部分」

“理”と“利”を　矛盾なく一致させることの難しさ…。

 

私は理想が大好きなので、ついついそっちの思考に走りやすいんですけどね(笑)

 

 

しかし、こういう議題に対して、脳ミソに汗かきながら（←これは私だけかも）

ディスカッションするって、めっちゃ勉強になります！！

 

 

やはり、情報を待つよりも、自分から行動して情報を取りに行くこと。

 

大きな学びを得ました。

 

 

 

実はこれまで２回参加してますが、素晴らしい経営者の方々の存在に圧倒され

 

自分が気後れしたり、居心地の悪さを感じたり…正直ありました。

 

（ここでいう「居心地の悪さ」とは、環境の悪さじゃなくて
例えば、成功者たちの輪の中に、成功していない自分がポツンといるような
自分が場違いなのでは…と思ってしまうような気持ちです。）

 

 

この違和感が自分を成長させてくれるので、それでもGO！なんですが

 

違和感が消えた瞬間、このようにブログに書くことだって出来ちゃいます(笑)
