先日、「怒らない技術」×「魔法の質問」コラボセミナーに参加してきました。
ご存じの方も多いかと思いますが、
「怒らない技術」（72万部突破のベストセラー）の著者である嶋津良智さんと

全国的に人気のある「魔法の質問」の著者マツダミヒロさんのセミナーです。
知人からご案内を頂き、マツダミヒロさんのお話は以前から聴いてみたかったので参加させてもらいました。
渋谷にある大きなホールだったのですが、方向音痴の私は渋谷駅で迷子になり、
時間ギリギリでなんとか会場へ…
会場には600人以上の方々が参加されていました。
嶋津さんのお話はとにかくわかりやすく面白かったです。
怒りとは、「○○すべきである。」という考え方（枠組み）が関係していること。
その考え方に反する出来事が起きた時に「なんでっ！！」という
怒りが出てきてしまう…。
（うんうん、なんてわかりやすい説明だろう。）
それでも、怒ってしまう人に向けて「怒りの感情」に対する魔法の呪文や、
トラブルの解決方法を具体的に教えて頂きました。
これはかなり深かったです。
マツダミヒロさんは「質問家」。
話すのが苦手とのことでしたが、スマートなトークで場を創るのが早かったですし
600人以上の参加者相手にセッション形式で質問を6つ投げかけ、
終わる頃には会場全体のエネルギーはMAXに…！！
もう、鳥肌立ちまくりでした。
このわずかな時間で、600人以上の人々の可能性の蓋を
「パカッ」って開けてしまったんです。
「質問の持つ力 ～Power of Question～」の素晴らしさを改めて感じました。
でも、こういう言い方をすると、
「じゃあ…何て質問すればいいの？」と、
効果的な質問をするための“言葉”にフォーカスがあたるんですが、
それよりも大切なことがあると教えて頂きました。
質問とは
「何を言うか」ではなく、「誰が、どんな状態で言うか」が大切だと。
自分が満たされていない状態で「質問」をしても、それは「魔法の質問」にはならない。
（ミヒロさん、やっぱりただの質問家ではない！と確信）
最後に、マツダミヒロさんの行っている「魔法の質問 学校ブロジェクト」に感動しました。
「利益をどのように使うか」で人格も見えると私は思っています。
こういう使い方をする人が増えたら、日本はますます元気になるんだろうな♪
