わかりきったことですが、この価値を付加することを 放棄するといつの間にか
価格競争 に 巻き込まれていませんか？
価格を落とす価値の付加が最も企業努力を必要としません。
価格を落とすこと、つまり低価格 こそ 価値
もちろん、価値を付加しながら価格を下げることは、圧倒的な“違い”を生むことになるので
単に価格を下げることとはまったく異なります。これは、意図した 戦略です。
今までの商品やサービス（つまり、提供する内容は変えずに）の単なる価格だけを落とすと
まさしく経常利益は吹っ飛びます。いままでと同じ個数、同じ人数に販売したとしても売上高
が減少します。そして、粗利益は更に減少します。経費は変わりません。
そうして経常利益は大幅減少… 未来が怖い（笑）
そういえば、単に価格だけを落として利益が増加した企業を見たことがありません。
「他社が〇〇円だから…」
「〇〇円では、他社が××円だから売れません」
よく聞くフレーズです。でも、こんな会話をしたくありませんね～
「〇〇が魅力的だから〇〇社から購入しているんですよ」
「〇〇だったら、やっぱり、××社製ですね」 と言われたいですね
どんな価値を付加するか、その企業の特色です。
