私たちの税理士事務所にこんな相談がありました。
個人事業者の事業年度は、1/1～12/31、年の途中で開業された方は開業日～12/31までの暦年。
そして、確定申告の期間は、翌年2/16～3/15まで確定申告とは、
個人事業者であれば年間の売上高や年間所得金額、
税金の金額を記入した書類を税務署に提出する手続きのことを確定申告といいます。
そんな2/16に知り合い（お客様ではありません）から相談がありました。
その相談は、
「どうやら約1000万円程利益がでてそうなんよ。それでね、どれぐらいの税金になります？」
「すごいですね！1000万円の利益とは！ では、どれぐらいの税金になるか出してみますね。」
しばらく時間が流れる♪
「そうですね。計算すると約250万円です。」
「そんなに… お金残ってないんだけど… どうにかなりませんか？」
税金に関する有名な言葉があります。「事前節税、事後脱税」
この言葉で想像がつきますね。
事業年度の1/1～12/31の事実に基づいて確定申告をするのでこの事業年度中であれば、
節税ができても、事実が確定した後に相談に見えられても税額を算出したり、
翌年度の節税に関することしか提供できないのが現実です。
つまり、結果が出た後、相談に見えられると 専門家であってもほぼ選択肢が限られます。
事業年度の途中で「このままいくと〇〇になりそうです」と事前にご相談いただくと
いくつも選択肢を提供できるのです。
選択肢の中から御社にあったものは〇〇です。とオーダーメイドにすることができます。
そのことにより相談に見えられる方にとっては、選択肢が広がります。
税金の納税額の選択肢が広がるということは、裏返すと 手元に残る資金 となりますので、
事業上の余裕資金が残るという手段が増えることになります。
要は、手に入れたいものの可能性が広がることにつながります。
